Process control system

We have built an integrated production system from material arrangement to final inspection, and manage the process to meet various requests from customers such as quality and delivery. Utilizing the know-how in each process accumulated through our experience so far, we manufacture high-quality products and realize accurate and speedy manufacturing. In addition, we maintain a rolling forging line and a free forging line in-house, and it can possible to manufacture with the optimum plan that suits the product.

Traceability

We have introduced the latest production management system to ensure traceability in all processes from receiving materials to shipping roducts. We have adopted individual management numbers for all products ordered by our customers, so that traceability can be confirmed instantly in any situation.

Material managementWe stock materials that have passed the PMI inspection and matching with the material certificate. Stock management is done according to appropriate management standards.

ForgingHot forging is performed using a hydraulic press. At that time, it is possible to mold into a shape close to the product shape using a mold or a special tool.
